Creating the next generation of Toyota App

OneApp is the car companion app for Toyota and Lexus, used daily by millions of users. We analysed the existing product to understand what works and what doesn't, as well as what matters most to our customers. This analysis informed the creation of a new version of the app to better address user needs and business challenges.

Staying ahead of the pack

Numerous forward-looking studies have been conducted, and we’ve created visioning videos to anticipate the industry’s direction and unite the team around a common vision. Examples include the "2030 Future of Mobility" video, the "Future of Connected Services" study, and the "OneApp Product Story" video.

Rethinking the Leasing Experience

We collaborated with KINTO to develop a platform that provides their business customers with enhanced visibility and control over their fleet. Our process involved conducting research with fleet managers and drivers and mapping out KINTO’s business processes in detail.
Toyota Connected North America

From proposal to prototype in 30 days

Supported TCNA in developing and designing their idea for a trip-planning app. We conducted competitor research, user journey mapping, interface design, and prototyping, which they used for further testing and research, all within 30 days.
